Joe, we moved over there about 3 months ago. Here are my thoughts:

2 downtimes had very frustrated. I had quiet a few clients call me and it was just unprofessional for me to blame an external provider but there was nothing I could do.

Will I stay for 2010? Yes.

I think these two were just new technology pains that likely won’t happen again. What I really like about it is that if any of my clients has a spike in traffic, it won’t affect my other clients.

Also, the simplicity is very nice. I released a WordPress Backup plugin today and wanted to test out the plugin on some of the other hosting providers and it was a very frustrating experience.

Overall, I really like them. They are available 24/7 (I’ve tested it) and I’m always talking to someone who can fix whatever the issues (except for the two times it was down.)

I think you’ll be pleased with them.
